Cooking Classes by Elaine Purdue
One Tuesday, I started a cookery course. It ran from 10-12 in Our Lady Immaculate (OLI) School, in Darndale. There were just girls on the course.
We cooked different stuff every week such as chicken stir fry, bread and butter pudding, brown bread, soup, wedges and burgers. It ran for six weeks.
I thought it was going to be a waste of time but I really enjoyed myself. It was good. In the end, we got a certificate. They spelled my second name wrong but I did not mind because I have another one.
My son loved me doing it and I loved what I made. Chicken was the best dish I cooked. I would recommend for people to do it.
