My Job By Ann C
I work in an office in Cara Park. Cara Park is also where I live. It is a Traveller housing Estate. I work form 9 o’clock until 1 o’clock. My job is to answer the phone, take messages, fix files and help people fill in forms that they cannot quite understand. Marion is my boss and she is really nice and helpful.
I go to literacy classes each Wednesday morning in the Outreach Centre. My tutor’s name is Val and she is very nice. Mary W and Margo also get tutoring from Val on the same morning. There are twelve women working on the Community Employment Scheme. Two of them work in the laundry, also in Cara Park.
