The Day I met Jedward by Colette Earley

I am a big fan of John and Edward Grimes, known as Jedward. I go to their fan page a lot. On the page I learnt they were doing an airport tour in Dublin Airport. I wanted to go so my mam and I went on the bus. We went to Terminal 1. There were a lot of fans waiting for Jedward. I was happy.

The sliding doors opened, Jedward came out and the girls started screaming. John and Edward started hugging the fans. I asked John for a photo and I got one, so I asked Edward and I got a picture with him too. John gave me a hug and another photo. I had brought two books and asked them to sign the books and they did. I told Edward that I dressed as Jedward for Halloween, he thought that was funny. Then they moved on to other fans.

It was a great experience.
